Shipping Policy
We currently have 3 different types of shipping, each with their own terms. As always if you experience any issues or have any questions you can contact us at admin@moccaco.com.au we will respond within 48 hours.
1. Flat Rate Shipping/Free Shipping over $150
Flat rate and free shipping is authority to leave and does not require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to make themselves available for the delivery as Mocca & Co is not liable for any loss or damage after successful delivery to the correct address. In the event the Customer believes the delivery was made incorrectly please contact us at admin@moccaco.com.au we can then lodge an incorrect delivery case with the courier, this may take up to 5-10 business days with the courier to respond.
The courier used is at Mocca & Co's discretion for all deliveries
2. Free Local Delivery (Select Postcodes only)
Free Local Delivery (Select Postcodes only) is authority to leave and does not require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to make themselves available for the delivery as Mocca & Co is not liable for any loss or damage after successful delivery to the correct address. In the event the Customer believes the delivery was made incorrectly please contact us at admin@moccaco.com.au and we will respond within 48 hours.
3. Free Local Pick-up
Customer will be contacted directly by Mocca&Co when Free Local Pick-up has been selected to arrange a Pick-up Time and provide address details. It is at Mocca&Co's discretion as to which times they are available to provide Free Local Pick-up services.
