Change of Mind 
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind.  

Misinformation/Unsafe/Different to photos or description/Incorrect product shipped 
If you experience any of these please contact us at admin@moccaco.com.au and provide your receipt (we would have sent via email at the time of purchase, check your junk mail if you are having issues recovering) and any supporting evidence (photos/video). We will respond within 48 hours. 

If we accept that the above has occurred you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
